Meet Our Founder

The Real Food Life Inc. was founded by Christine Donovan, a Certified Nutrition Consultant and Mother of three who believes sustainable health starts at home and true wellness begins with real, whole foods.


She developed a passion for nutrition at a young age. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from Long Island University and continued her studies to become a Certified Nutrition Consultant.


For years, she prepared wholesome, minimally processed meals for her family, recreating cleaner versions of their favorite dishes and treats. What began in her home kitchen grew into a passion for helping others build balanced, realistic nutrition habits that support long-term wellness.


Today, Christine guides individuals toward practical, sustainable health, without extremes. She empowers clients to embrace whole foods as nature intended, free from unnecessary additives and artificial ingredients. Alongside her consulting work, she creates homemade baked goods crafted with simple, high-quality ingredients, reflecting her belief that nourishment and enjoyment belong together.
